Arvada man interviewed by DORA after complaints filed for unauthorized sale of securities

Alleged incident took place from 2012 to 2013 in Park County

An Arvada man was interviewed on Dec. 12 after investors filed complaints that purchase of shares may have been issued without proper disclosures.

Jerrod Dean Bunce, 22, was released from the Park County Jail on Dec. 15 after posting bond.
